The EFMP (Exceptional Family Member Program) is a program that helps active duty service members with managing the special needs of a family member. The program connects families to medical, education, and community services. It also provides resources, referrals and support through PCS transitions, ensuring the sponsor is assigned to a duty station where services exist to support their exceptional family member.
